Partnerships - Tiers of Involvement

Level 1 - Support

Level 2 - Episodic

Level 2 - Episodic

Definition - Meets immediate needs through sporadic acts of service.

Examples: One off and uncoordinated food or hygiene delivery.  One time donation of blankets, household

goods, or financial.  

Level 2 - Episodic

Definition: Provides once-a-year or infrequent structured support that supplements basic neeeds.

Examples:  Annual resource drive and delivery, one large volunteer day with a partner agency,

finacial support given on a annual basis with no strategic focus or follow up.

Level 3 - Recurring

Level 4 - Integrated

Definition: Provides consistent monthly or bi-monthly engagement that adds capacity to the system and supports transitions into stable living.

Examples: Regular meal trains, actively checking and enhancing facility needs, monthly contributions to a programmatic need - such as health, education, housing, mental well-being, etc.. creating a volunteer team that could be called upon by us or partner organizations.

Level 4 - Integrated

Level 5 - Systems-level Commitment

Level 4 - Integrated

Definition: provides weekly or bi-weekly, skill-building, healing, or stability oriented programming that directly supports long term success.

Examples: donation of bicycles, vehicles, or other modes of transportation weekly training in life-skills or group study, hosting workforce development activities and developing internships or positions, establishing a relationship with new tenants to be an active part of their transition team.

Level 5 - Systems-level Commitment

  Definition: provides long-term, focused, capacity expanding support that measurably reduces the common results of this population towards homelessness and detentions.

Examples: adopting a full room or suite of rooms, creating a team that focuses solely on the needs of this community, funding or co-funding full or additional services - on-going jobs/business, full transportation, health, wellbeing, or housing initiatives, the drive into additional programs or services that benefit the least of the community.
